I was satisfied with my visit because the staff are always welcoming and easy to talk to. They have such a variety of seed and other goodies for the birds. They always go above and beyond to help and take your bird seed to your car.

Salesclerk was very helpful with a question I had about goldfinches not using my feeder. She also gave me a sample of WBU thistle to try.

I had previously purchased thistle seed and had no birds. They gave me a fresh bag to try and see if that worked. I appreciated the fact that they were honest and said that because of Covid they couldn’t get from their normal provider.
