I love this location and all the people there! It's like visiting old friends when ever I stop in for my supplies! Especially love coming when Sadie is working!

We are regular customers and every time we walk in to Wild Birds Unlimited we are greeted with a smile and “How are you guys doing, great to see you.” “Can we help you with anything?” They even ask how our family is. Their bird feeders are high quality and a guarantee if anything breaks. They Also have beautiful items for the home. They are also so knowledgeable and love to share that with us . The Palos store is my absolute favorite shop for my nature habit. Always enjoy visiting the store. So glad our govenor has finally allowed them to open up. Even while the pandemic had shut the store, the curbside pickup worked great.

The staff is by far the friendliest, most enthusiastic group in ANY retail store I’Ve EVER shopped. Their recommendations for products are spot on each and every time I ask. I appreciate the Customer Loyalty program; one of the few that actually gives legitimate rewards for purchases. I am grateful to have such a first class business within a short drive from my home. I am also delighted and relieved that they’ve prevailed through the pandemic so far and hope that happy situation will continue.
