Very satisfied with their knowledge of both the products and the about birds in general. They’re always able to help with any issues concerning the birds.

Product is fresh and birds seem to prefer seed from Wild Birds vs. regular store. I felt safe/clean in the store. Staff is knowledgeable.

The gentleman who waited on me was very helpful and shared pictures of his own feeders. I plan to come back in two weeks to get winter type of feed. I am very unhappy with this long survey....if I get another one like this I will find somewhere else to buy feed.

I was not able to shop here for the last year or so due to financial hardships. I am now able to and believe me, I am happy to be back. I came in with numerous problems and Laura and staff were able to help me solve all of them. I received a free gift and I am really enjoying it. I truly love WBU. My order was prepackaged and ready. I didn't need all the plastic bags that held my purchase - I would rather paper, or the option to select no bags but otherwise it was fine.

We have been customers of Wild Birds for many, many years and are always happy with the staff and merchandise. They are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The store is always interesting with a lot of nooks and crannies filled with beautiful things.

Went for specific item seen in an e-mail. Item was in stock and of high quality. Store personnel were attentive, as well as more than willing to show me additional items that were just received.
