I got a phone message from a very lovely employee named Laura in the Palos Park, IL store, who apologized that my delivery date would be a day or two later than expected. I hadn't even noticed, since I didn't need the product until Christmas, but I appreciated the attention to detail and the personal phone call nevertheless.
