Staff is always very friendly, helpful and eager to offer alternative ideas. Also, the store staff follows Covid-19 protocol to the "t." The store staff treats all customers like family members and we would be so lost without them if the store shut down. Now that we are regular customers, most of them already know my last name before I can even tell them when I am checking out -- who does that anymore? HARDLY anyone takes the time to remember their regular customers and this impresses us very much. Another great attribute is when they offer an alternative idea to our issue and know we are unable to afford that item, so the staff turns to a less-expensive alternative as a suggestion -- that is right up my alley since now I am making less in my salary than my previous job (lost this past July). I commend each and every one of the staff, including the owners, in their integrity to all their customers.

I don't get out much, but, this is my one guilty pleasure. I feel safe because of their guidelines during covid, and the entire staff is fantastic

There is something about store that seems welcoming. They are over the top safe which we like. I don't mind paying a little more for quality and that's what you get here.
