I'm always pleasantly greeted and asked if I need help, as I enter the store. They answer any questions offer suggestions if needed. They remember our previous conversations about the birds encountered in my backyard and we discuss birding topics related to my Palos Park area. A great store to shop and learn!

Staff always willing to share bird stories, interested in which birds have been observed at the feeders. The gift bags prepared are just delightful. The store is so clean and the displays are inviting.

The staff are very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable about the products. I have never had a so-so or bad experience here; I regularly shop here for bird seed and food for myself and my elderly parents, I also buy several gifts a year-----NEVER a disappointment!!!
