Store associate went above and beyond to put together a beautiful feeder to give as gift for the holiday

Advice I got for being a relative novice.

They are very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful & their products are of great quality.

Friendly. Knowledgeable staff. My curbside pick up was missing an item, and staff delivered it to my home. Very kind and much appreciated.

The salesperson I spoke to over the phone was pleasant and friendly and helpful. The product seems good and arrived quickly. The only drawbacks I can think of: the cost of shipping seems high in relation to the cost of the product. It didn't need to be delivered ASAP and I just wonder if there's a cheaper shipping option that might cost less? The other issue is the plastic bubble wrap that was included. As you know, our planet is drowning in plastic. If there were an alternative to the plastic that'd be great!

Everyone is very helpful and knowledgable about all the the birding products in the store. Everyone, including Sadie, is very friendly and positive. They were very strict with COVID precautions, even when in-store shopping was closed. Items were delivered to your open car trunk and I was asked to wear my mask. I was very impressed.

Pandemic aside, the typical customer service these days is horrendous, but I can't say enough great things about the service from the Palos WBU, be it in store, delivery, or communications.

From walking into the door till the time I left it was a very pleasant experience. Very friendly staff always asking if I was all right if I needed anything but not overbearing. The store is set up very cute and a lot of great products and different for bird people and or for gifts.
