The staff here is just so kind and cheery. Always available.for any questions I have. The quality of the products are so above anywhere else I've been. I always look forward to seeing what's new in the store. And there always does seem to be something new every time I go. I lobe being in the membership club-I do save quite a bit by being in it.

I have a daughter and two grand daughters living with u. The girls are age 7 and 9 so I decided to buy a feeder and feed for Mother's Day last summer and visited your store for the first time. Since I was totally uninformed about wild birds and their feeding habits, I was looking for advise to get started. I found it at the Orland Park store. The stass helped me pick out a twin feeder and two types of feed the would appeal to our native birds. The first week of so there were hardly any birds but thean the word must have gotton out and we have a picinic everyday. Since the weather is changing it was recommended to get a suiet based feeder to suplement the twin feeder. Your store staff are great. Thanks to them we are very Happy.
