Staff and products are great. I’m a bird lover so anything bird related is a joy for me!

I have been shopping at Wild Birds Unlimited for more than 20 years and consistently have a great shopping experience; more specifically, at this store (Palos Park). The quality of products and seed are outstanding. Additionally, the staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging. I live about 20 miles from this store location. While I have another store closer to home and can get seed and some of the products closer to home, I continue to shop here because of the owners/staff.

I had called about an item, and they held it on a special hold. They were so friendly and helpful in purchasing another item. They have quality products and are knowledgeable. A very pleasant shopping experience.
