I was a little confused after checkout on your 75% off wall

To be honest the store was very nice except I really miss the quaintness of the old store and all the birds that used to gather out back.

Could not find handcapped parking close by. Never had this problem at old location. Store had that cramped feeling. Not even acknowledged by person checking us out after being a long time customer.

This feeder was supposed to be squirrel proof. The feeder looked like it was really well made and I thought the shield that covers the access holes when the squirrels jump on the perch was metal but alas it is plastic. The squirrels have already started chewing it and it is just a matter of time until they have full access to the bird food. Also there is some instructions that say to mount it at least 18 inches from a structure such as a tree but it is over 36 inches away and the squirrels have no problem jumping to it. For a feeder of this cost the shield should be a thick metal. Email joe@ponyjoe.com

First time ordering online for delivery. The store i had gone to for 25 yrs moved to an inconvenient location. Ordered on Sunday. Received order on Friday. Birds were without food for 3 days.

The price of bird seed is prohibitive for us old folks who enjoy the birds but can't afford to keep feeding them.

Didn't have the Hot Bark Butter.

It was a horrible Experience and still not resolved I was overcharged and incorrectly charged and give incorrect and inaccurate information multiple times by multiple individuals And it is now being blamed on my bank I am very upset about the experience and am considering filing a criminal action I believe an attempted fraudulent attempt was made

I think my answers were that I was satisfied or highly satisfied with my visit to the store. If you are asking because I indicated that I was not likely to return to the store in the next 60 days it is because I am hoping that the bird feed I purchased will last at least 60 days.
