I always enjoy shopping at WBU. The staff and other customers are always so friendly.

I was so sad to hear that Kristen is no longer at this store.

Highly satisfied would suggest that the old staff was there, who knows me by name. I’ve done business there since the only person there most of the time was the original owner.

I don't like the new store nearly as much as the old one and it's much less convenient.

Store and staff were all good. Price of seed is expensive.

The prices are high. I search other stores and online frequently.

to far to drive for bird feed only

We had a coupon for a free feeder and drove over to get it and there were none left. The change in location is bad . the berry hill store had charm. this is just a strip mall

The new owners are moving the store from a great location with a huge window displaying all the birds on the feeders, houses and baths to an old strip mall with NO place to see birds using the products. This is a big mistake and will cost you longtime customers. Very poor decision.

Employees were very talkative and had interest like I do.
