Finn helped me in the store. He was kind, attentive and anticipated questions I didn't know to ask. He helped me apply for discounts as well.

The staff are always so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They spent time to show me how to take my squirrel proof feeder apart to clean. My lid was damaged and they replaced it. I wish I lived closer and could afford more. I love feeding the birds. I was sad they had moved. The old location was a special place.

I learned about hot peppered seed to discourage squirrels from eating ALL the bird seed. It works! I still feed my family of squirrels. They expect their nuts and corn. Also opted to try a large hot pepper seed cylinder with hanger to replace my suet log for the summer. Appreciate advice during selection. Fun visiting the new store and seeing familiar faces (and dog) as I have been a longtime customer of the old location.

Because feeding wild birds and seeing them in our yard is extremely pleasant and "Wild Birds Unlimited" makes that possible

The sales person, Jude was exceptionally helpful. He directed me to the area for the product I was looking for. He ask if I needed anything else, proceeded to check me out and told me how much I saved as being a preferred customer. Dianna is very helpful also.

The customer service is top notch.
