I walked in and I was unsure of where to start with bird feeders and food. The staff (Perkins Extd on 3/17) helped me immediately and were very knowledgeable about what I needed.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The store was organized and very well stocked as well as very clean. We enjoyed our time there!

Every time I walk into my local WBU, I am warmly greeted by the staff and asked if I need any help. Each of the staff members is so incredibly nice and helpful.

The staff person that helped me told me about the different bird baths and was very friendly and helpful. She and another staff member put the heavy bird bath in my van for me and checked if I had someone to help me get it out at home. Very much appreciated the help.
