I was greeted promptly at the door and offered help. I knew what I needed and I was there with my 3 year old, so being able to ask someone right away for what I wanted was helpful! I was pointed to what I needed quickly, and during check out my daughter sat rearranging some suet blocks on a low shelf (she loves lining things up right now). When I went to stop her the staff person I was working with assured me it was no problem. He then carried my bird feeder to my car for me so I could get her in the car. It was just easy and friendly! Price may be a little higher than a more big box store, but I feel confident in the product I bought, the help I received, and I like supporting a more local store. Also the seed sample I was given is really nice. I'll definitely be back.

The products are wonderful and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.

The staff is very knowledgable, helpful and friendly! They know what food I need for what birds I attract at my home, what suet is the best and facts related to birds. I know the food is higher quality than most other places that sell seed. They always assist me in putting the seed in my car.

I really come to the store on the Beltline, because of the two people and Rieley, too! They help me, they are very knowledgeable, helpful, interested in my needs. He puts my purchased feeder together, shows me how to use and adjust it and helps carry the bags to my car. I always enjoy my trip to this store!!! The nicest people, they treat you like a friend and know your name! Att for this store and these people!

I love the hot pepper bird seed. None of it is wasted. And I have attracted so many different species with this seed.

Staff are always so pleasant and helpful when we come in. We're new to birding and there are always great product recommendations based on our questions.
