Tim first asked what I was trying to accomplish and then thoroughly advised me of the options available. When asked directly for his thoughts, Tim answered clearly, without equivacation, which enabled my purchase decisions. Terrific experience, highy valued, earning my future purchases. The feeders are in place, birds are feasting, squirrels are frustrated and my wife is delighted. My mother-in-law arrives this evening and we are both excited to watch her enjoying the show.

I love your store in general, and today was the first time I met Tim J who was helping me out and he was fantastic. In general it's so helpful to have a store for birding and who has staff who really know about the hobby and birds in general!

The lady who helped me was able to answer all my questions as well as give me really good advice based on what kind of feeders I'd like to put in my yard (with all the squirrels) as well as the view of the feeders.
