Great Personnel

The woman behind the counter started talking about an unusual bird to the nijer feeders in Chicago area. She described the bid and I went home and looked and in fact have many frequenting my feeder. I looked it up and I believe it is a Redpoll and I am thrilled she took the time to have that conversation.

The store is very well organized. The woman working on that Saturday was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Great information.
