The staff was very friendly and helpful in answering my questions. The shopping experience was calming, and I didn't feel uncomfortable as everyone was practicing social distancing, wearing masks, and sanitizing as needed. Very good experience, and I'm glad I went in to see the products in person and to ask questions of the staff instead of buying the items online to pick up.
