Always friendly and helpful. The staff identified a bird I had photographed. I stocked up on seed for winter. See you in January for suet and the calendar! Thank you for the free gift and ice cream!

I am new to feeding wild birds and appreciate your guidance, knowledge, recommendations and kindness! And, thank you for the free ice cream! I brought my 4 year old grandson, who is learning about birding, too, and he enjoyed himself. Will visit again soon.

The staff is excellent and customer friendly. The young man who worked with me indicated that he ws really impressed with your customer service; he hopes to be a business person after college, and you set an excellent example for him. The reason that I don't know if we will return to the store, is that we're not sure what we will need - maybe, peanuts for our squirrels. Thanks for being there!

Except for one item, you had everything I needed but I managed a work around. So far, the only one frustrated is the squirrel, but he is still working on it.
