I like the environment of the store. There seems to be quite of a selection. And the young man that helped was extremely knowledgeable.

Staff were friendly and able to look up my account since I could not remember what seed we use at home. The gentleman that rang me up carried it out to my car, without me even asking, which was nice because I had my 2 ye old with me too! Fast and easy which is the way I like it during Covid times.

I have been coming to this store, Yale and S. Wadsworth, for several years. I always enjoy my visit. Sometimes I look at and listen to the wind chimes. Sometimes I visit with Oliver, well I used to. Sometimes I try a new type of food. I appreciate the expertise of the staff. I have had one of your pole feeder systems for all those years and it is still serving its purpose well. Love your store! ps I really like those Bird Bucks too.

I always can purchase what I need, and in a timely manner. Staff is always available to answer any questions and they are very knowledgeable about birds in the area, as well as the products in the store.

Great quality. Store inspires me toward Spring. Store not very close, so I don't go there but 1 or 2 times a year.
