The person who helped me was very knowledgeable about birds, seed, feeders, etc. He was able to answer all of my questions and was very open and honest about any questions or concerns I had. He had helped me on a previous visit and was able to remember my particular situation. I love shopping at a store with knowledgeable and courteous employees!

I had waited to order and the temps were very cold. Usually it takes about 2 days but this time it was there in a matter of hours - less than a day. Can't ask for better than that.
