Staff is consistently personable, helpful, knowledgeable, and able to clarify what products best suit our needs. Ben has specifically been helpful in bird identification and guidance regarding bird illnesses and possible cause of death of two birds on our deck.

I found just what I was looking for-- the seed which our neighborhood birds enjoy so much. The cashier was so very courteous and pleasant.! She even complimented me on what I was wearing. I know it's a small thing but it really made my day.
