We requested and received expert advice. We asked about getting our kids started in backyard birding while they live in an area that has a lot of raptors. We learned about how owls, eagles and hawks hunt and were reassured that setting up feeders wouldn't a bait station. We also learned about which kinds of feed would attract which kinds of birds, books and other equipment. very helpful staff -- all.

Recent back surgery made an easy normal visit into a special visit. Needed help with shopping and selection. Needed help out and loading my purchases into my truck. All done with a smile.

Ben spent some time with me as I was looking for a "true" Squirrel proof bird feeder. I purchased one and a thrilled with the results. Ben was extremely helpful as have all the staff every time I'm in the store.
