Always great friendly service. Came in to restock food, brought in a tube style feeder that had a cracked tube, repaired it on the spot and even replaced some parts that were actually OK!

It was the helpfulness of the staff going the extra mile to show my grandsons the bird telescopes and letting them look through them. Also gave me directions to the next place I needed to go (my phone was about out of juice.). Staff is very knowledgeable making the products you sell more valuable.

So glad you're in my neighborhood! We've gotten 5 bird boxes, 3 hummer feeders, one beautiful heavy bird bath, bat house, huge beautiful informative identifying book, binoculars, t shirts, purse, suggestions from staff and patrons, 3 Eliminators. Enjoyed your cat. Found the shell free bird seed which saved lawn. Love when the live birds come, their handlers really fill us in on our backyard wildlife. With all established feeders we have turned into a bird McDonalds for Hawks & Owls (beautiful), but it is mother nature, they have to eat too. Have a ton of migratory travelers and crows, bluebirds, but the ones that take my heart are the hummers. One got in my house once! Stay where you are!!

The quality of seed I order is exceptional. The ordering and delivery service is easy and efficient. When I do venture down the mountain the staff is always helpful and courteous.

Was greeted by person at the store, I told him what I wanted, check out was quick and simple, he even saved me more money, volunteered to carry the bags for me. I have shopped at Wild Birds since it was in Tiffany Plaza. Even though it's not in my part of town, I will continue shopping there as I know the quality and knowledgeable staff have always been great.
