I placed an order on line and received the wrong order, when I called the store that worked to correct it immediately and brought the items I ordered out to me! Mistakes happen but they went above and beyond to correct it

Started with Wild Birds when located in Broadripple. Liked the idea of getting birdseed in one place dedicated to birds. Through the years have located and purchased from the franchises. Always found the store to be professionally staffed, clean, and stocked. So, a Loyal customer. Probably always will be. One thing I might add is that there are many plant-based options coming on the market. Might suggest suet that is plant-based. Might suggest that to Jim.

This store is always well stocked, clean, and easy to find what I need (and a few things I just want!) The staff have always been knowledgeable and kind, with almost no exceptions. They have helped me learn more about birds, and what I can do to have more birds at home. There was one item out of stock, but I’m on a wait list, which is fine.

Felt like Christmas! It sparked joy!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is always product availability.

I love how they have their own food brand.

Because the birds loved the food we purchase and that has given us a lot of enjoyment.
