The staff is always patient and helpful. Even helped me by carrying the merchandise to the car. Gave me a small gift too.

I have shopped this wild birds store for many many years. I have always found the staff friendly, and willing to help. I love the Nomess brand of bird seed, and I also like that by joining every year for $25.00, I save throughout the year on bird seed. That is very helpful. I sometimes like to just walk through the store and look at your wonderful variety of "things for birds".

Salesman Phil has helped me on every occasion I have shopped at your store. He always has helpful suggestions and this last visit showed me the little guards for the hummingbird feeder's openings. My switch to the disc style feeder rather than the top jar feeder has helped eliminate the bees pestering my little birds. Thank you.

I was able to come in and quickly get the seed I wanted. It was very nice to have someone take the seed out to my car.

Merchandise purchase minor this time. Took in No-Mess Feeder which bear had attacked & partially dismantled. Promptly repaired and reassembled by knowledgable feller. We'll be back later on.

ALWAYS Friendly staff when we visit! My checkout person offered to carry the bag to my car. I seem to always forget what kind of seed I get, and it’s super helpful they can look that up for me!
