I absolutely look forward to shopping in the stores! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, always asking if I need help, have half my order rung up before I even hit the register, always kindly helping me out to my car, and to carry merchandise– the customer service is outstanding, the quality of the products is wonderful, I would be lost without the rewards program – I literally can’t say one negative thing about this business, the store, or the staff! Definitely a customer for life!

I was familiar with the store on S. Colorado Blvd, which closed quite some time ago. I knew where the store on Wadsworth was located, but had not visited yet. I wanted some easy bird-feeding options to gift to friends, and the store had a few great options. The salesperson helped me choose, and showed me other options if my friends wanted to continue with bird feeding. I got pamphlets and info about other store locations. I decided to buy myself a feeder and seeds, and was able to take advantage of a discount. I was very satisfied with the entire experience, and if I continue with bird feeding I will visit this store again.
