I've been shopping at this store for many years. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly whenever we talk. Right now we're having an influx of starlings, or grackles and they are eating everything which is not nailed down.

It’s convenient, the food is dress and when I have questions the staff has answers.

Easy to order and super fast delivery. Plus, lots of helpful info on the website.

Have shopped at the store for years and everything and everyone has been very helpful Plus the merchandise is top quality.

Love going to this store. Employees are very friendly and happy to help or just chat about birds. On a previous visit there were Bohemian Waxwings hanging out in the tree outside and staff told us so we could enjoy too. Their excitement was infectious.

I can’t get quality bird food any cheaper and I prefer to buy in person. Hardware and grocery stores don’t carry quality bird food I must admit I buy a bag of cheap filler bird food at $20 for a 20lb bag. It has mostly low quality millet and some whole sunflower Seeds black shell. I buy at least one bag each of a good no mess mix and a bag of safflower seeds sometimes I buy a bag of Sunflower hearts instead of the safflower and get the fruit mix. I add grubs and the bird food listed above to mix into four 5 gal Buckets I can seal up and use to carry to the feeders. I tried a local livestock store one day and they wanted $150+ for one bag of reasonable mixed seas and a small box of grubs! So, back down to Wild Birds Unlimited!

I am so glad free delivery is offered! Carrying the bags is a real strain on me and this makes life easier. I don't have but a few steps to get each bag to where I store the seed to feed my birds. Love this convenience. Also love that when I call the store so far everyone is pleasant and kind and helpful. In years past there was one employee, I don't know if she is still there, but I really didn't like dealing with her. She was a sour puss. It's so nce to be welcomed when you go into the store and when I call.
