The ordering process was easy and delivery was quick.

My order came within 2 days. I had asked for a phone call to let me know it is coming, as any bags of seed left outside my house will be bitten into by squirrels if they sit too long, and I received the phone call as requested. That was good service.

The staff is great. They even carry the heavy bags of seed to my car.

The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. The store is nicely set up and we love the bird cams they always have on the screens. There is lots of variety of bird feeders and food and we always find what we are looking for.
