The staff person was very knowledgeable and instantly helped me narrow my choice to the appropriate "no-mess" seed mixture.

There are always new and interesting things to see, I am always welcomed and get to chat with everyone about the latest tours, and events, and best practices. I have an account, so saved enough with my purchases to buy a bag of coffee for 1/2 price (yum), and you always have Engstrom's toffee :-) Just hanging around in the store, I hear great conversations and ideas on how best to treat the birds in my yard. Everyone should shop there!

I am fairly new to feeding birds in my backyard and my sales person and I am sorry I cannot remember her name, was so helpful and informative and suggested the type of bird feed I needed for my area. I have to say I have just loved watching the swarming of birds to my feeder. I even had a great big mourning dove come twice along with many beautiful finches, and other birds. I will certainly come back for any needs I might have. thank you again.

The staff knew what they were doing and the counter person loaded my trunk with my purchases. I am going on 70 YOA, and I have learned to appreciate that.
