I recd the same day delivery, totally unexpected ! Great service. I use to buy from Excello direct for decades. I will use you folks from now on. So appreciate your service and that I did not have to even pick up. When I got home from work the gentleman was there dropping off. So helpful in our busy world now. My birds so appreciate ! Jayne

Cashier 8/1 on August 18 was so sincerely nice and personable it made the shopping experience that much nicer. Very much enjoyed talking with her :) You have a nice store here and very good!! people :)

the fact that my membership from the castle rock store doesn’t apply at the store in englewood, sucks. and my points don’t transfer. And i have to pay another $25 to join. that is ridiculous. and your employee did not inform me of this until i asked.

I recently moved to the area. Long time customer at another store. Was not allowed to use my coupon which obviously indicates I spend a lot of money at WBU and was told I had to re-register, which added another $25 to my purchase. I realize WBU is iindividually owned but it is a franchise and in my opinion I was a customer of the franchise and should have been allowed to use my $10 coupon, which was a result of spending over $200 and should not have been asked to rejoin. Will not be visiting this particular store again.

I still haven’t received it !! The label that was generated was way wrong ! Hopefully I’ll be getting it next week but who knows.

Staff was super unfriendly, 2 female employees. They would not engage in conversation and did not thank us at all. There are lots of other bird food stores so why come back if they don’t give the impression they want your business.

I don't think I entered that I was not satisfied. If I did, it was an error. I am satisfied with shopping at the S. Wadsworth store and will continue to shop there.
