The prices for your seed, suet, cylinders, and peanuts are fast approaching the point to where I will have to stop buying at WB.

My membership had run out so renewed it. Got a $5 per bag discount on 2 bags of seed. Also had a $10 birdie bucks to redeem. No credit was given for birdie bucks although the clerk kept it. I asked if he credited me for them & he said yes, $5 per bag. Later when looking at the receipt I realized that I only got the multi bag discount & nothing for birdie bucks. I don’t appreciate being taken advantage of in this way. May continue to shop for the next year having just renewed membership, but have lost trust in the way you’re doing business.

I ordered online on Friday, Nov 12 and expected a quick delivery. It did not arrive until Tuesday morning (16th). I think four days is too long. I ran out of bird food.

I expected to receive a 15% member discount but was told I was in the wrong store. Having stores withidentical names, products, and logos but being independently owned should not be a concern for customers. It's bizarre to receive mail promotions on discounts only to learn that you owners can't get your sh*t together, and it's the customers who pay the price.

Seed left on porch while we were out of town, squirrels got into it. I would prefer to schedule or confirm delivery rather than having it arrive after an email.

I came in Friday afternoon and had a coupon that started Saturday that was not honored. Under the previous owner, I had done this and they said "no problem"...it was actually expired by a few days and they were happy to honor it. This time I was told it was too difficult to enter since the system was already set up in the computer. I would have come back the next day, but am currently in a boot and getting around is difficult...I did not think this was a big ask and would have accommodated this request for my patrons.

I purchased a $55 bag of bird seed on Monday but did not renew my membership. On Friday I had decided to purchase a cage for about $42. I asked about renewing my my membership and getting a discount on the bird seed I had purchased only four days earlier but was told that this was not possible. I pointed out that over the last 8-10 years I had made many purchases from the store but that didn’t count for squat. I will do business at Front Range Birding in the future. Your policy may have saved you $10-15 this time but you will lose hundreds of dollars in future business from me.
