Even on sale, the prices are too high. I thought the sale price was the regular price, and was surprised at the total amount spent. Being a senior on a very fixed income I don’t think I can continue being a customer.

Your prices have increase beyond belief. Even if your vendor/distributor price increases it still remains a wholesale price you pay. Your clientele should not be charged a 25% increase on items. Distribute your increase on all inventory not specific items and do not increase it that much. That is not even business-like conduct and it pushes your clientele elsewhere.

THE COUPON WE HAD FOR MIKE'S BIRTHDAY WAS NOT CLEAR ENOUGH FOR WHAT WE COULD GET. WE PICKED OUT ONE KIND OF SEED AND THE MAN WHO WAS CHECKING US OUT WENT AND GOT THE ONE WITH MILLET, NOT THE ONE WE'D WANTED. THE MILLET IS NOT SOMETHING THE BIRDS WE HAVE HERE ARE EATING, AT ALL. SO IT WAS KIND OF DISAPPOINTING TO HAVE A COUPON THAT WAS FOR SEED THAT ISN'T WHAT OUR BIRDS ACTUALLY EAT.

With the amount of money that I spent (and spend) at this store, they always have given something to their customers. I felt it was very cheap when the guy said he had a free humming bird feeder for my gift. For the over two hundred dollars I spent I received a small feeder that probably would hold 1/2 oz. of humming bird food. I felt it was a slap in the face for someone who spends a lot of money in your establishment!

When I received my order I noticed that one item was missing. I could not find a way to contact Wild Birds...No email on the website. I called a phone number and left a message however I still haven't received a call or text back a week later...Disappointed and frustrated there was not a way to report it through a email or online.
