No Mess Blend was clumped together like it was ground when it was moist. Sort of a spider web like consistancy

Feel I am always hurried out the store. Bird watching is my hobby wish your staff was more engaging in discussing bird going on in area! Think you would probably sell more!

We are long time customers and our Memebership expired a year ago No one offered to Renew the membership until this we We are put off by the fact we have been charged full price for purchases for that year without knowing it

The price of your bird seed and products are overpriced. To spend over $100 for a bag of no-mess, safflower, and two cylinders is extravagant and makes me question my wisdom. But I’ve been feeding birds for nearly 15 years and they’ve come to depend on the food.

While the overall experience was great, I am disappointed with just one item I purchased. Along with the APS basic setup package, I also got two of the 'decorative branch perches' - one shorter and one longer. The shorter perch works great - attaches firmly to the post and doesn't move. The longer perch though does not attach well at all. I had to place it directly above the shorter perch so it would not slide down the post, and have had to wrap heavy-duty tape around the post over its attachment arms so it won't swing from side to side.

There is always room for improvement.

"highly satisfied" seems like too much to me. Basically one is either satisfied or dissatisfied.

1. As soon as we walked in, a person was on us asking what we needed and that was overwhelming 2. Prices are so high - was looking for peanuts but decided not to get those from the store because the prices are outrageous 3. Got asked a second time what we came in for and told a SECOND employee that we came in to look around and get bird seed

When your company receives products from the vendor that is poor and repeated, you should return them. The consumer should not be charged high prices for burned or over toasted roasted peanuts. Especially with comments that "they are not so bad" for the wildlife that ingests them. Reduce the price if the quality is reduced; that is assurance of customer return (Q/A). Why are paying for poor quality??
