I have always been satisfied with the professionalism of the employees and their knowledge. My only. problem is why as a member of your club, I don't get the full sale discount as everyone else. It feels like a punishment for being a loyal and long term customer. I should be receiving the same discount on top of my membership discount as all other customers. Shame on you for showing less appreciation to your members.

I was in and out pretty quick, knew what I wanted and knew where to find it. Next visit I'll try to take my time and spend a little more time in the store. Being satisfied is still a very good thing!

Just not satisfied with the birds accepting the new heated bath over the old concrete bath of many years. The new one with the built-in heater will be easier to use versus the accessory one. I don't have the bubbler or the mister attachment but it would be nice only needing to run 1 power cord to the bath.

Wrong product in box. Price. Average product selection knowledge.

Good product but more expensive. Nice store. nice salespeople.

Staff was very rushed and appeared to be stressed

Prices for stuff seems high, bit quality is good...

Because there is Nothing wrong with being "Satisfied". I know there is a new owner, so I was used to the other staff; but that's me not the new people.

Nice gentleman efficient friendly and had a young lady deliver my purchase to my vehicle

Probably my fault--I said we have some doves, etc in the backyard we wanted to feed and the birdfeeder he recommended to us is for small birds. I should have checked/asked before we got home. He also recommended a $50 birdfeeder as a "starter," so maybe that one was for the bigger birds. I wasn't ready to invest that much. But I'm very, very happy with the purchase and will probably go back to get another one for the bigger birds.
