I purchased two bags of seed which was highly suggested because of the birds which live at my house. I have nests and an all year following. I placed seeds into my special can and filled the new expensive feeder and my already use one BUT it has been days and none of the birds are eating. I see them on the fence, in the trees and in the nest boxes. What gives the seed was fairly more expensive and followed the stores expert advise. I am disappointed

Having products available to feed our picky birds. But we really enjoy the birds. But the this fall was the bears. We had to stop feeding the birds for 8 weeks we always brought the feeders in at night, they started coming during the day.

still love the store and i will continue shopping there, this is a mere observation. The customer ahead of me and behind me both were offered assistance to to their cars, it was not offered to me. And they didn't ask, it was automatically offered.

I miss the former staff/owners who really knew birds and wanted to talk about them with customers. I asked the man who was waiting on me some questions about bird behavior I'd recently seen at my feeder, and he didn't seem to be able to answer them; worse, he instead referred me to the Saturday radio show, said to come to the store on Saturday and ask those guys my questions. H also said to come back on another day when Amy is there. Not much help - I live many miles away. For the first time in years of trading at your store, I felt the people working in the store were there just to sell products, were not particularly knowledgeable or even interested in birds! this is a huge disappointment. Until now, your store has been my go-to place for info, and I've learned alot over the years, from the previous owners. the new ones could stand to learn more about birds, or develop an interest in them so they can share their customers' enthusiasm for birds. Big disappointment.
