Prices are very expensive

On this visit, I asked the 2 employees to help identify a bird of which I had made a video with sound. Neither employee knew for certain at first, but, then one misidentified the bird and insisted she was correct, to which the other agreed. I would have preferred the answer to have been she didn't have a clue. On any previous visit where either my husband or I had a similar question, it's always been correctly answered.

I was looking for bird perch items. Prices were not marked. The sales person didn’t know and had to look it up. When I was ready to check out, they didn’t have a Veterans discount, which they did have previously.

The lack or the knowledge of the birds when we spoke with an employee.

Was not greeted when I entered the store.

Prices high especially for shipping

They were out of the item we came for so selected adiffernt tiem

The prices are pretty high. Love the selection of products. Great quality. A little drive for me at this location but has a little more the other location. Enjoy shopping at this location.

Prices for items are a bit high and more than likely prevent less privileged communities to access the joy of birding. I can also see how the quality of the products means higher prices. Just some thoughts.
