Staff friendly and helpful Had what I came in to buy Store is a happy, peaceful retreat kind of place

Nice selection of feeders, poles, seed, etc Friendly staff, treats for my dog, They even carried my purchases to the car for me.

Staff in the store has always been helpful. Delivery option during this time of Covid has been a helpful option. Product is always delivered in a timely and well packaged manner.

Barbie, the salesperson, was very knowledgeable and friendly. She spoke of her backyard bird bath/fountain and it is always nice to meet a fellow birder.

The young man who helped me didn't offer to take the bag of seed to the counter. It would have been a nice gesture since he was twice as big as me. Not a problem, just a customer service perspective on my part. If I were him, I would have said something like, "let me take that to the counter for you." Oh well.

Price of bird seed is getting very expensive. Extremely friendly staff. Reasonably quick checkout.

Delivery date was changed. WBU staff did notify me of the change, but medical problems made delivery change physically difficult for me.

It never fails that I come in and make a major purchase(with club membership) and then a week later get a mailing for a major sale! I have asked if there will be a sale and they say they don’t know.

The roasted peanuts were very dark. Most of the birds toss the darkly roasted ones aside and they go to waste. So the staff offered to sell me two small bags each of the roasted and the splits so I can mix them. But just heads up in the future, the darker roasted ones are not popular, especially among the Black capped chickadees, my fave bird buddies and most frequent visitors.

I just wanted to let you know about issues with the box. It was almost a 50 lb box and clearly broke and had to be re-taped during shipping. Maybe next time use 2 boxes. 50lbs is probably too heavy
