Friendly staff helped me out to the car with the rolling cart! People always can answer my questions about bird food or about birds. Like the atmosphere of the store.

When I was at the checkout, all the clerk's were busy on the floor with customers. But one pulled away and got someone from the back to check me out. Didn't really seek advice, but I could tell it was available if I asked.

It is a high quality food source. The staff is knowledgeable about merchandise. The sales are good.

They’re very knowledgeable and always well stocked. Also if you have a problem they fix it.

So far so good with the new ownership. Merchandise seemed to be lower than usual but assume that is because of the recent new ownership.
