Super dissatisfied with the tube bird feeder that i bought ... $55 was a ridiculous price given its tiny size and completely plastic build.I would have thought the caps would be metal and the size 35% larger. A similar feeder elsewhere is $20 tops.

Price of safflower seed.

Was given Bird Buddy for Xmas. We have had extreme difficulty trying to get it to work. Took it back to store. Clerk helped get it paired to phone; however we can’t get the camera to work. Plan on taking it back to store for some help with camera this week. I will not recommend it to anyone.

They advertised, "Present this card for a FREE Nesting Super Blend Seed Cylinder with any $30 purchase wile supplies last." When I arrived to purchase the large bag of no-mess bird seed I normally purchase, they were out of the FREE item. They did give me the card back to bring in again, but that means I have to keep up with a card for a month and remember to return with it next time. They've been in business a long time and should anticipate how many of their customers will want a FREE seed cylinder.

I hit the wrong button. love this store. Been a customer for many years. Will always return.

We are in the middle of a pandemic, mandated by the city to wear a mask. No employee was wearing a mask, not acceptable. I have been going to WB for about 20 yrs, but no longer my ethics allow me to recommend or sponsor a business that does not support the health of the citizens.

The selection is incredible! The staff knowledgeable and friendly. The store is always clean and has a great stock of merchandise. I have always found what I needed!
