Good advice about my problem

it was ok but there was absolutely no interaction with the person checking out usually there is some mention of birds in some way or other--not this time it was just not at all the interesting experience it often is

Satisfied is good in my book.

I had to wait just a bit. I didn't see one of the items that I'd seen on line and was hoping to get in an after Christmas sale. The store is somewhat crowded so it isn't easy to see everything. The parking is not great and there was no price on one of the items I was interested in. Also, the prices seem a little high to me but I realize the location is in a pricey area. But I am still very satisfied and will definitely return.

Love the store, wish there were more budget conscious items. However, I understand the neighborhood easily supports the price points.

Would not let me add Daily Savings Club to cart.

Have what bird seed that I need for some time. Bought a bird feeder there that will last many years ahead.

After purchasing item I received an email with a 20% discount purchased a lot and did not offer any discount.

There was only one person at the check-out and it took way too long for her to look up our name and find me before ringing up the purchase, then going out and digging out the chairs.

I bought a bird feeder from Wild Birds Unlimited and was told it had a life time warranty. I took it in because , I believe, a raccoon or something jumped on it and knocked it out to the tree, and it is bent and in need of repair or replacement. The person at the counter told me it was not a Wild Birds Unlimited Brand so I would have to get with the original manufacturer. I did buy it at Wild Birds Unlimited and they told me if problems to bring it in and I did bring it in once before and (I believe it was the owner) fixed it and it has worked fine until whatever animal knocked it out of the tree.
