I have bought all my birdfeeders from WBU. When I purchased it, they state that they are guaranteed for life. I returned one to have repaired. They kept it for about a month ordering parts, etc. I finally called and they said they could not repair it and they would give me 25% off to replace it. 25% off! I pushed back a bit and reminded them it was guaranteed and so somebody called me back and said OK you can have a new one. I felt like that should’ve been a no Brainer. If it’s guaranteed for life. Guarantee it for life!

I bought the avian dripper, not knowing that it had pieces to put together and while it isn't the products fault, I can't use it because it caused my faucet to drip lots of water and I don't want to waste it.
