I love the quality and selection of the merchandise and the displays inside and outside the store and parking lot. The staff is always ready to help and answer questions if necessary. I like the quality and variety of the bird food offered.

The staff at the store is awesome. The bird food is always fresh. The peppered feed is a great product which I can always find at WBU.

Always helpful. Store was busy, probably due to the sale, so had to wait longer than usual but that happens. Always friendly and carry stuff out for you.

We were engaged as friends when we stepped through the door. We haven’t much experience with wild birds and their needs. The owner was extremely knowledgeable on the local wild bird populations and habits. He was a generous resource who directed us to some beautiful feeder choices for our home. We are already attracting several species of birds to the feeder and we are enjoying them immensely. This pastime is becoming a hobby! Who would have thunk it? 😁 Thank you, Wild Birds Unlimited!

My husband & I came in to the store to purchase a pole/baffle system. David was prompt in helping us by pointing out the differences and choosing one.

I have been a customer for almost 20 years . Always love a visit to the stores for information about seasonal birds and sightings . On one visit I watched the feeding of a stunned hummingbird that a customer brought in for help !!!😍😍😍
