All staff at the Inwood/Dallas store are very knowledgeable about products and about birds in general - Shopping at WBU has been a great experience and I also really like the published email articles - they are timely and give valuable insights.

I love the store because of their knowledge, high quality products and selection. The prices are a little high for my budget- but when I can’t find what I need I show at WBU
