Due to the COVID-19 situation in Dallas, I continue to use home delivery services as much as possible so I am very glad delivery service is offered. I tried for 3 days to join the WBU Daily Savings Club online; however, that part of the website was not working so Rel was able to process my membership as well as taking my order over the phone. Water was getting into my feeder. They discovered a slight crack in the tubing and cleaned out the wet food and replaced the tube for free. They also helped me with the seasonal feeding schedule
