The staff is very knowledgeable about what I need to take care of my birds and feeders. The man who delivers is always courteous and friendly. Looking forward to the day I can just pop in the store and shop on person.

The offered in the future to DELIVER the order if I wanted. I live in Northeast Richardson, so I am not close to this store. I have been a customer for ages and it was nice they offered this service if I needed it. Always friendly and helpful and carry out the birdseed and load into the car.

They followed special request that delivery be made to back of house and followed up with a phone call to let me know it had been delivered. Very helpful so that we old folks don't have to lug the big/heavy sacks of food very far.
