The staff was friendly and helpful. I volunteer for Rogers Wildlife, a bird rehab center near Dallas, TX. The staff was very supportive of Rogers Wildlife, too. We talked about baby bird season which will be here soon.

Your store has fabulous and creative products. We love our new bird feeder and the winter blend logs. They are attracting so many birds. Everyone at your store is so pleasant and knowledgeable.

Rel sold me a cover for my feeder. Showed me how to install it and said bring it back if I had a problem. I took him up on his offer and came back. He remembered the offer and had it installed in about 2 minutes.

The clerk took time to demonstrate how to clean my bird feeder to get rid of seed clumping and attract more birds. She also show me how I can get more value for my money by buying a larger bag of seed!

Staff was knowledgeable and efficient. Also, my husband showed gentleman behind the counter a picture of a bird on his phone. We were curious as to what it was, and without hesitation, the bird was identified and interesting info provided. We were impressed!

I can't speak for ALL of the Wild Birds Unlimited locations, but the West Lovers Lane (Dallas) store is totally awesome!!
