Simple professional and just plain old good service!

I was totally satisfied with Stacey taking my order over the phone for delivery. She referred to my previous orders and answered all of my questions about choosing the right choice for cylinder for my birds at this time of year. My order was filled quickly and delivery was scheduled. Ian delivered my order promptly. At my age I appreciate my order being taken to the backyard. He also volunteered to clean my feeders due to winter clutter and filled my feeders. He even used his cell phone to identify a new bird I had never seen in my backyard which was a Yellow Warbler. It makes me smile seeing my birds happy with new seed.

This WBU store has been my go-to store for bird seed for many years. The knowledge of the staff and broad product selection is excellent and what an individual needs for the casual birder. I have other WBU stores closer to me, but will not chanege due to the staff.

People there are so nice and helpful and teach me a lot about birds. Great service to.

David's staff are the best and he is there as well. I have been shopping with David for almost 30 years.

You are the only store that carries the hummingbird nectar preservative and in winter! I moved to Mexico and every time im in America i can get supplies i cant here in Mexico.

The delivery was great and the man carried the seed to the backyard and put it up for me. Very nice and kind.
