I have always had excellent customer service at this store, and the staff goes above and beyond to let me know about the bird activity in the area and what food and feeders will help me attract which birds. They also have a good selection of high quality merchandise.

Pleased with Brad taking my order over the phone and making suggestions. Also that my past orders are on file and the ease in filling the order and using my Bird Bucks. Love having delivery. I believe his name is Matthew carried my entire order into my back yard and placed in my container. So convenient since at my age I can no longer carry 20# bags. He was very friendly and courteous. I will definitely continue ordering all my bird seed at Wild Birds.
