The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about local bird life. They are patient with my questions. They remember who I am and what products I like. They always carry my purchases to my car.

The service we received from the lovely young man who attended to us was excellent. He was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic and knowingly or not managed to get us to upsell our purchase - and made us happy to part with our money.
