I came in for my first bird feeder with pretty much no knowledge of what to get. The employee who helped me was super friendly and took his time to help me find something that would work for my apartment patio. I do not remember his name but he reminded me of Woody Harrelson.

I bought a in shell peanut holder years ago and needed a new one. Haven't been able to find it anywhere but it was back in stock so my Bluebirds are ecstatic!! Also picked up some peanuts while I was there. Staff is always friendly and helpful if needed I just knew what I wanted so no need.

The staff is always friendly and accommodating (loading the birdseed in my trunk with a smile).

I love that you deliver my birdfood. I’m 65 and still working so taking time off work to lug bird food around is not my favorite way to spend my off-work hours. So I LOVE you guys!! We’ve seen our woodpecker more than ever this year and saw an owl in our yard for the first time.
